The Drupal official blog is regularly updated with news and information about the latest releases, new features, and Drupal events and security advisories as well as other topics related to Drupal.
Web Omelette blog run by Daniel Sipos, Drupal developer and author of the book Drupal 10 Module Development. I frequently visit this blog to see what new Drupal nuggets Daniel has to share with the community.
Lullabot was instrumental in my early education with Drupal 7 and continues to be insightful, not only on the topic of Drupal, but other web technologies as well.

Council Insight Directory Expands With User Journey Analysis and UX Improvements
David Bishop has launched an updated Council Insight directory, introducing structured user journey evaluations and content improvement reports for local council websites. The platform builds on earlier work analysing thousands of journeys across UK councils and aims to support content teams with practical, evidence-based insights. The latest update also adds a best practice gallery and improved interface, while further development focuses on large-scale audits and data-driven optimisation tools.
